(1) The records and all kinds of documents of the Center shall be inviolable wherever they are located within Nepal.
(2) The official correspondence, writings and publications of the Center shall not be censored in any way and such documents and any other postal items shall not be opened or intercepted, including envelopes, bags, boxes, envelopes or other restricted envelopes. However, if anything other than the central document is kept inside such a prisoner or adat, it will be in accordance with the prevailing Nepalese laws.
